You respond quickly when technical problems occur abruptly and need to be resolved immediately. In doing so, you will combine your business skills and technical IT knowledge.

Additionally, you'll join the Business Line DPS (Digital Platform Services). DPS operates in the industrial, life sciences, public and finance sectors and is focused on core IT, from the front-end to the backend of business platforms. With our services, we ensure the continuity of processes and optimize customers' IT strategy, so they benefit from technological capabilities, control their costs and make platforms current and profitable.
You will specifically be part of a team of 4 on-site support engineer and you will be working alongside our managed staffing team and a central backup engineer. Planning is managed collaboratively within the team. Stand-by coverage outside office hours is ensured through an established escalation flow. You will serve as the local point of contact for users, with escalation paths to central IT when needed.
